Current owners of Château Laroze, the family MESLIN descends in direct line from founders Mr and Mrs Georges GURCHY. It comes from of a long line of winegrowers, since as early as 1610 the GURCHY are producers in SAINT-EMILION instead of known as "Mazerat". His efforts and those of previous generations were awarded in the 1955 classification. The situation of its vineyards and the quality of its wines earned Château Laroze the Grand Cru Classé label that he has always conserve.
