The vineyard of this cuvée is located in the Agly valley, near Latour de France. The vines are planted on hilly hillsides, on schist soils facing East-West. Only the best harvests are selected.
An unusual valley
Between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, the Côtes d'Agly valley offers magnificent views of its vineyards and wine villages all year round. This wild and mysterious valley has always been a haven for eagles, from which it takes its name.

A land of character
The first traces of vine cultivation date back to the time when the Romans occupied the entire Mediterranean basin. From these vines planted in an exceptional territory, the Roussillon climate has given its vineyards all their originality. The many geological upheavals have done the rest: a diversity of soils and subsoils with a multitude of terroirs with very distinct characteristics: schists, calcareous clays, gneisses. Today, La Cave des Vignerons des Côtes d'Agly owes its reputation to the quality of its aromatic, expressive wines.
