whose origins date back to 1688-1689
In 1850, Virginie de Pichon Longueville, Comtesse de Lalande
inherited, along with her two sisters, 3/5ths of the estate.
their father's vineyard, which a few years later would bear the
château name Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande.
In January 2007, the Louis Roederer champagne house
acquires this grand cru classé with the ambition of pursuing
the work accomplished and to keep this field at a very
quality and prestige.
